Rolling bearings for industry and machinery
Standard and special bearings for electric motors, gearboxes, conveyors and machinery. Also as replacements based on designation, drawing or dimensions.
What it is about
Rolling bearings are key components in machinery, gearboxes, electric motors and conveyors. We support industrial companies in Austria with the structured sourcing of standard and special bearings.
For a reliable enquiry we ideally need the existing bearing designation, dimensions, quantity, application and required delivery date. If the designation is missing or no longer legible, the main dimensions and a photo of the installation are often enough to get started.
Terms such as C3 internal clearance, suffixes or locating and non-locating bearings are briefly explained in our glossary.

- Tapered roller bearings
- For combined radial and axial loads, mounted individually or in pairs.
- Special bearings
- Non-standard dimensions, materials, cages or internal clearance, and designs to customer drawing.
- Large-size bearings
- Large-diameter bearings for heavy machinery, rolling mills, conveying and processing plants.

Questions about rolling bearings
Frequently asked questions
You will find more answers in the general FAQ.
The marking on the bearing is no longer legible. What now?
Measure the bore, outside diameter and width and send us a photo of the bearing and its installation. Information about the machine also helps, for example from the nameplate of the motor or gearbox.
Does the replacement bearing have to come from the same manufacturer?
Not necessarily. Many standard bearings are interchangeable thanks to standardised dimensions. Whether a bearing from another manufacturer is technically equivalent, particularly regarding internal clearance, cage, sealing and tolerance class, is confirmed by the supplier based on the data.
What do suffixes such as 2RS or C3 mean?
Suffixes describe, among other things, the sealing (e.g. 2RS for seals on both sides, 2Z or ZZ for shields) and the internal clearance (C3 for greater than normal clearance). They are essential for the selection and should always be stated in full.
Can I also enquire about special and large-size bearings?
Yes. This usually requires a drawing or complete technical data. Feasibility and lead time are confirmed by the manufacturer for each enquiry.
