FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Answers about enquiries, technical clarification and order handling. Questions about specific products are also answered on the product area pages.

General

Do you sell directly to companies?

We support B2B customers in Austria with the technical and commercial side of their enquiry. The specific quotation and delivery structure depends on the product and the supplier.

Do you work with only one manufacturer?

Our approach is based on selected, complementary product and supplier relationships. Direct competitive overlaps and specific partnerships are reviewed separately in each case.

Which countries do you serve?

Our initial focus is on B2B customers in Austria. An expansion to other German-speaking countries may be considered at a later stage.

Do you also supply private individuals?

No. Our services are aimed exclusively at businesses, in particular industrial, maintenance and service companies.

Enquiries and technical questions

Do I need to know the exact part number?

No. An existing type designation is helpful, but dimensions, photos, drawings and information about the application can be enough for an initial clarification.

Can you give technical recommendations?

We capture technical requirements in a structured way and coordinate the enquiry with the respective manufacturer or supplier. Final technical selection and approval are made by them.

Which documents can I attach?

Photos, drawings and data sheets, for example as PDF, JPG, PNG, DWG, DXF or STEP. The enquiry form accepts up to 10 MB. We are happy to arrange larger files or samples separately.

Availability and delivery

Do you hold your own stock?

At the start, the focus is on coordinated sourcing through selected European suppliers. Availability and lead time are confirmed depending on product and supplier.

Who delivers the goods?

As a rule, delivery is made by the respective supplier, directly to you or through an agreed delivery structure depending on the arrangement. You will know how it works in your case before you order.

Do you state lead times in advance?

Lead times depend heavily on product, design and quantity. We state them as soon as the supplier has confirmed them in the quotation.

For manufacturers

We are a manufacturer. What could a partnership look like?

A typical start is a clearly defined pilot partnership for a specific product area, without immediate comprehensive exclusivity. You will find details on the page For manufacturers and suppliers.
