One point of contact for your enquiry, a structured clarification of the technical data and a quotation from the right manufacturer or supplier.

Step 1: Technical enquiry
You send us whatever is available: the designation from the old part, dimensions, a drawing, a photo or technical data of the machine. A complete part number is not required.

Step 2: Clarifying requirements
We organise the information, check it for completeness and clarify anything missing directly with you, such as operating temperature, medium, load or installation conditions.

Step 3: Technical alignment
The prepared enquiry is technically aligned with a suitable European manufacturer or supplier, who selects and approves the design.

Step 4: Quotation
The supplier prepares a quotation with price, lead time and technical details. How quotation and order are handled depends on the respective arrangement and is made transparent in advance.

Goods are delivered directly or through the agreed delivery structure, depending on the arrangement. Filipenko Business Solutions remains involved as your commercial contact, including for repeat orders or complaints.
